Alerts can be useful to users that want to be notified when a license plate of interest is scanned by the application. An "Allowed" list notifies the user when a scanned license plate IS NOT part of the list. A "Non-Allowed" list notifies the user when a scanned license plate IS on the list. Only one list at a time can be used during a scanning session.
